Final Resurrection Limited is currently seeking an exceptional local couple to become the founding caretakers and hospitality ambassadors of RESIDENCE ONE.
RESIDENCE ONE is not a hotel.
It is not a guesthouse.
It is not an Airbnb.
It is the first property within a much larger vision that aims to create a new category of premium Irish retreat experiences for discerning international guests seeking peace, focus, privacy and authentic connection with Ireland.
The residence is being developed as a destination for entrepreneurs, investors, executives, authors, researchers, creatives, relocation clients and international visitors who value quality, authenticity and personal service over mass tourism.
We believe that exceptional guest experiences are not created by buildings.
They are created by exceptional people.
For that reason, we are looking for a couple who would like to become an integral part of the RESIDENCE ONE story from the very beginning.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal team could be a husband-and-wife partnership, life partners, or two people who naturally complement one another.
One person would ideally enjoy the practical side of the property:
• Property maintenance and repairs
• Gardening and grounds management
• Monitoring heating, water and technical systems
• Coordinating local tradespeople and contractors
• Ensuring the property always presents at its very best
The other person would ideally enjoy the hospitality side:
• Preparing the residence for guest arrivals
• Managing premium housekeeping standards
• Linen and laundry management
• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Supporting concierge services
• Helping guests feel at home while fully respecting their privacy
More Than a Caretaker Role
This position is not simply about maintaining a property.
It is about helping to create one of the most distinctive hospitality concepts in Ireland.
As RESIDENCE ONE grows, the successful applicants may become involved in future locations, operational development, training, quality management and wider guest experience initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating businesses, building systems, developing brands and turning vision into reality.
The successful candidate will work closely with the founders and become involved in the strategic development of the entire concept.
