Help us build the next step for rural communities in Ireland
We are currently looking for a local Irish project partner who wants to help develop and represent a new rural revitalisation concept for Ireland.
Our project is based on a simple but powerful idea:
Many rural towns and villages are losing local services, local shops, personal contact and daily community life. At the same time, people are expected to deal with more and more digital systems, online services and remote processes.
We believe that rural communities need a new kind of local place — a modern digital and human service point that brings technology, personal support, local business, community life and emotional connection together.
This is the idea behind our Rural Digital Hub concept.
Now we are looking for the right local person to help us take the first real step in Ireland.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a trusted local person with understanding, contacts, credibility and genuine interest in rural Ireland.
This person could be a former business owner, a retired professional, a former bank manager, a former teacher, a community organizer, a person involved in rural development, a person with LEADER, a local Enterprise Office with tourism, retail, property or community experience. Or simply someone who understands local Ireland and wants to help create something useful and meaningful.
What your role could be
As a local co-founding project partner, you could help us:
Identify suitable pilot locations.
Speak with local business owners and community representatives.
Connect with County Councils, Local Enterprise Offices, LEADER groups and rural development organisations.
Help adapt the concept to real local needs.
Represent the project locally.
Build trust with people who may not respond to a purely digital or outside approach.
Help us understand what rural towns really need — not in theory, but in daily life.
What we offer
We offer the opportunity to become involved at an early stage in a potentially scalable rural development project.
This is not a job advertisement for a fixed salary position.
It is an invitation to explore a serious project partnership.
If we find the right person, we are open to discussing a fair structure based on contribution, responsibility, results and long-term project development.
This may include a project role, regional partnership, success-based participation or a future co-founding structure.
The first step
The first step is not complicated.
We would like to speak with people who understand rural Ireland and believe that local towns need new solutions.
If you are interested, please contact us and tell us briefly:
Where you are based in Ireland.
What your background is.
Why rural communities matter to you.
What local experience or contacts you may bring.
Why you believe you could help move this project forward.
Can you be our Local Co-Founding Project Partner here in Ireland?
We seek one serious, trusted and locally connected person who understands the opportunity and wants to help us begin.
If this sounds like you, we would be pleased to hear from you.
