A Different Kind of Hospitality
RESIDENCE ONE is not a hotel, an Airbnb, or a traditional holiday rental.
It is a carefully designed Private Irish Retreat Residence created for people who seek something increasingly rare in modern life: peace, privacy, focus, and uninterrupted time.
Located in the rural northwest of Ireland, RESIDENCE ONE is being developed as a premium retreat destination for entrepreneurs, investors, executives, writers, researchers, creatives, and individuals who wish to temporarily step away from the noise of modern life.
Our guests do not come to RESIDENCE ONE simply to stay in a house.
They come to think.
They come to write.
They come to make important decisions.
They come to reconnect with themselves.
The concept combines authentic Irish countryside living with discreet premium hospitality, professional concierge support, complete privacy, and carefully curated local experiences.
Guests typically stay between two and six weeks, allowing them to fully immerse themselves in the environment and experience a meaningful reset from everyday pressures.
The long-term vision is to establish RESIDENCE ONE as one of the most respected and discreet retreat destinations in Europe while creating a scalable model that can be replicated at additional locations throughout Ireland and beyond.
This is not mass tourism.
This is the future of meaningful travel.
Founding Caretaker & Hospitality Couple
Become Part of Something That Is Just Beginning
Final Resurrection Limited is currently seeking an exceptional local couple to become the founding caretakers and hospitality ambassadors of RESIDENCE ONE.
RESIDENCE ONE is not a hotel.
It is not a guesthouse.
It is not an Airbnb.
It is the first property within a much larger vision that aims to create a new category of premium Irish retreat experiences for discerning international guests seeking peace, focus, privacy and authentic connection with Ireland.
The residence is being developed as a destination for entrepreneurs, investors, executives, authors, researchers, creatives, relocation clients and international visitors who value quality, authenticity and personal service over mass tourism.
We believe that exceptional guest experiences are not created by buildings.
They are created by exceptional people.
For that reason, we are looking for a couple who would like to become an integral part of the RESIDENCE ONE story from the very beginning.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal team could be a husband-and-wife partnership, life partners, or two people who naturally complement one another.
One person would ideally enjoy the practical side of the property:
• Property maintenance and repairs
• Gardening and grounds management
• Monitoring heating, water and technical systems
• Coordinating local tradespeople and contractors
• Ensuring the property always presents at its very best
The other person would ideally enjoy the hospitality side:
• Preparing the residence for guest arrivals
• Managing premium housekeeping standards
• Linen and laundry management
• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Supporting concierge services
• Helping guests feel at home while fully respecting their privacy
More Than a Caretaker Role
This position is not simply about maintaining a property.
It is about helping to create one of the most distinctive hospitality concepts in Ireland.
As RESIDENCE ONE grows, the successful applicants may become involved in future locations, operational development, training, quality management and wider guest experience initiatives.
We are not searching for temporary staff.
We are searching for long-term partners who take pride in helping build something meaningful.
The Qualities We Value
We value integrity, reliability, discretion and initiative above formal qualifications.
You may come from hospitality, tourism, property management, farming, estate management, customer service, guest accommodation, hotel operations or an entirely different background.
What matters most is your attitude, your pride in your work and your commitment to quality.
Why Join RESIDENCE ONE?
Because this is not simply a job.
You will have the opportunity to help establish the first location of a long-term hospitality and retreat concept that may expand to multiple properties and destinations throughout Ireland.
You will work directly with the founders during the early stages and have the opportunity to influence how the guest experience is developed and delivered.
For the right people, this is an opportunity to grow alongside the project itself.
How to Apply
Please send:
• A short introduction about yourselves
